A woman sitting on a white sofa grimaces and holds her stomach in pain.

Our friend and neighbor had been dealing with constipation for over four years. It was painful and embarrassing, to the point of preventing that she ate dinner with her family.

Then, thanks to her niece, a talented nutritionist, my friend began taking a herbal tea during the evenings. She guaranteed her aunt that, in 10 days, her life would return to how it was before the constipations.

And it worked! She got rid of a pain that affected her for ten years in less than a fortnight.

I asked my friend to tell me how that happened, and she was kind enough to write her story so that I could share it with you, the readers of my blog.

For privacy reasons, I’ll be changing her real name to a fictional one: Carol.

She was constipated for 4 years. Then she stopped eating dinner with her family…

“I’m 58 and six months ago, I stopped eating dinner with my family.

Not because of anything dramatic. I’d just sit down, take three bites, and be too uncomfortable to finish.

For about four years, I’d been constipated. I was going maybe twice a week, and never felt like I’d finished. The bloating came with it — every single day.

It just got to the point where dinner wasn’t worth sitting through.

I’d wake up flat. By dinner, I’d look five months pregnant. I’d unbutton my jeans in the car so I could breathe on the way home. And I’d walk around all day feeling heavy and backed up, like nothing had moved through me in days.

I’d tried everything. More fiber. Oatmeal every morning. Cutting gluten. Cutting dairy. Probiotics. Two colon cleanses. A very expensive food sensitivity test that told me I couldn’t eat anything I liked.

Nothing worked. I’d honestly started to believe that’s just what my body was now, at my age.

Then my niece — she’s a nutritionist — visited and watched me push my dinner around the plate because I was already too bloated to eat it.

She said: “Aunt Carol. Before you give up on this, try one thing for ten nights.”

An evening herbal tea. Nine specific herbs. One cup. After dinner. That’s it.

I was skeptical. I’d been skeptical about six other things that year.

So I ordered it mostly to prove her wrong.

The morning after night one, I went — and it was easier than it had been in years.

By night four, my face looked less puffy in the morning.

By night six, my rings were sliding on my fingers again. And I was going every single morning, like clockwork. I hadn’t done that since my forties.

By night ten, I got through an entire dinner without unbuttoning my jeans. First time in four years.

I’ve been drinking it every night since.

Last Sunday I sat down for a long dinner with my husband and some friends. Full plate, seconds, dessert. Two hours at that table, and I never once thought about my stomach.

That’s the thing nobody tells you about being backed up… It doesn’t just steal your comfort. It steals your family time. The parts of life that actually matter.

Thank God I found this tea.”

The miracle tea

If you are in the same situation as my friend Carol, or knows someone who is, don’t panic.

I know it’s an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation, but the solution is extremely simple.
