A muscular, middle-aged man with gray hair stands shirtless on a sandy beach at sunset, with ocean waves in the background.

Seriously: you can look like the man in the picture above, even if you are over 40, 50 or 60 years old. It is as possible as two and two are four.

I know, things can be difficult for guys in our age. No matter how hard we train, or how good we eat, we just CAN’T seem to build or even hold onto muscle and strength like you used to.

So we get unmotivated. Stop going to the gym and go back to eating poorly. After all, there’s no way to fight the old age, right?

Except there is.

There’s a secret you NEED to know about building muscle after 40.

It’s something NO other trainer will tell you…because they don’t know it, either.

And when you understand it, you won’t look at building muscle the same way ever again… because this secret will allow you to build muscle AT WILL, even if you’re into your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and beyond.

The key to building mass over 40 is not “normal” weight training

This is going to be a bit of an eye-opener…and may be a bit shocking.

When you’re over 40 (into your 50’s and 60’s and beyond), the key to building muscle is NOT working the muscles like you did when you were younger.

That will work to some degree to slow the decline of your muscle mass. But it won’t stop or reverse the decline.

To truly reset your body back to where it was 20 years ago, and build strength and mass like you did 20 years ago, you need to work the body systems that support your muscle mass, not just the muscles themselves.

Like the infrastructure of a town, your body can only hold as much muscle mass as the underlying systems can support. If your “town” doesn’t have enough water to supply the townspeople, they’ll go away.

The same thing happens to your muscle mass as you get older.

Your underlying systems (like your circulatory system, for example) diminish as you age. As that support diminishes, the muscles that they’re supporting will diminish, too.

So how do you fix that?

A group of professionals and academics from the field created this effective training program designed to target the four major physiological systems that support your body’s ability to build and hold muscle.

Want to turn your body’s “muscle clock” back 20 years? This is the approach you need.

But does it work?

I’ve never been much of a “gym rat”, but I do like to keep my body healthy and strong.

Still, going to the gym could be frustrating sometimes. No matter how hard I worked out, I could never build muscle mass.

Thankfully, I tried this program. Now, even though I’m approaching 50, I am finally starting to build muscular mass like if I were two or three decades younger.

I’m pretty sure that, if I continue, I can get my body to the levels of Stallone or Schwarznegger.

And, of course: the missus is incredibly happy with my new training regime.

But you don’t have to believe me. Try yourself and see how, in a matter of a few months, you’ll look like a 20-something body builder.
